The Northwest Arkansas Food Bank is holding their 2008 Empty Bowls event on Tuesday, November 11, from 6-9 p.m. at George’s on Dickson Street. Support a great cause and take home a beautiful hand-crafted bowl!

Baby Shower
Two of our generous and energetic organizers, Meredith Milam (Arkansas Federal Credit Union) and Donna Sallee (First Western Insurance), are holding a baby shower for Genet Cramlet (Ganesha Editorial Services) at the Rogers-Lowell Chamber from 10 until noon on Saturday, November 8. This is Genet’s first, expected to arrive the first week in January.

November 2008 PWN
November’s PWN will be held from 11:30 to 1 on November 4.
Note our new location: the Golden Corral at Pleasant Crossing (exit 81) in Rogers. Golden Corral is a pay-at-the-door buffet, and they are excited to have us, so make sure to mention that you are with the PWN group—your drink will be free and the cashier can direct you to the meeting room.
PSA: November 4 is also election day—and remember that you actually have SEVEN choices for president on the national ballot!
