Ladies and Gentlemen,

When my husband and I started selling Prepaid Legal Services, I just couldn't imagine "paying someone to have a job", but I really believed in what Prepaid Legal was offering. I have come to learn selling Prepaid Legal Services is much more than a job. You are buying your own company for as little as $49. You can work full-time, part-time or just whenever you want to. I wasn't a sales person and am still not, I just tell friends about how much the plans work for us. We provide a bi-monthly meeting for your prospects. All you have to do is get them to the meeting. We do the rest and you get the sale!

Join us to help others take advantages of what this 37 year old company that is listed on the NY Stock Exchange has to offer!

I have very much enjoyed my association with the PWN group.

I would like to remind everyone of the Business Networking group that meets the second Tuesday of the month. This is at Lin's Garden from 11:30am to 1pm.. We invite anyone who owns a business or works for a business.

Also, if you have a non-profit group that would like
some exposure, contact me. This last month we had BACA(Bikers Against Child Abuse). It proved to be educational for all present.

Thank you,
LaVone

Hello Ladies and Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I am so grateful for my association with all of you! You may have noticed that my communication and attendance has dropped off in the last few months. It is not from lack of interest in you or the lack of desire to build my own business. I had the opportunity to take a temporary, contract assignment with IBM in Tulsa, which should last through May 2009. This contract opportnity will help fill in the gaps with the downturn in the economy and help pay for college expenses next fall.

I am working 2 days in the office in Tulsa and 2 days out of my home in Siloam Springs each week. Every other Wednesday, I am accompanying my Dad, who just recently began the fight against lung cancer, to chemotherapy in Tulsa. Please keep him on your prayer list...so far, he is tolerating treatment very well, which is a huge blessing.

I would greatly appreciate any new or continued business and referrals for Metro Woman, especially during this time. Now is a great time to line up your advertising for 2009. I am working on the January issue NOW, but there is still time to get in (until Dec. 12th)! I am happy to offer PWN members 30% off my regular rates when advertising 4 or more months. Also, please encourage your favorite clothing and gift shops to advertise with me, Metro Woman needs more shopping resources and we want to keep all of them in business through this crazy time!!!

The Metro Woman Directory continues to grow and take on a life of its own in NWA. As soon as possible, I will be resuming my email newsletters. If you have never received one, you can sign up on the Metro Woman website, www.NWAMetroWoman.com. I sure miss seeing all of your happy faces!!! I pray that you and your families enjoy a happy, healthy and safe holiday season!!! For us, the New Year brings our first grandbaby, the return of our son, Nick, from Afghanistan (YIPPEE!!! That is him in the Soldier's Angels ad in the Metro Woman!), and, we pray, restored health for my Dad. Thanks to all of you for being who you are...PWN is special!!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I will send copies of the directory to PWN meetings whenever I am able!!! Be sure and pick yours up there, or check out where else you can find one, on the website as well! God bless all of you!!!
